And BTW, can be negotiated as your value to the salon increases. You have the ability to increase your paycheck every payday! Need more money? Upsell, retail, build clientele!

I can’t tell you exactly. But I can tell you that you will probably be a lot better off than you are right. Am I right? It all depends on several factors. And your personal perspective. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to pay your rent without sweating it or pay your credit card bill without being late? However, the sky is really the limit. He is good, very good. He has smart business sense.
